Asubscription and one-time purchase — cancellation, termination and refund

Swiss law provides for contracts for digital content and services concluded online In principle, there is no general statutory right of withdrawal. However, the subscription can be canceled at any time via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Termination will take effect at the end of the currently paid billing period.
EU consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union or the European Economic Area have distance selling contracts In principle, a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive).

Refund via the App Store
Refunds for subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed via the relevant app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). The refund policies of the respective provider apply.
Cancellation of subscription
Regardless of your right of withdrawal, you can cancel the subscription at any time:
- Google Play Store: Settings → Subscriptions → Babyphone Timmy → Cancel
- Apple App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Babyphone Timmy → Cancel
The termination will take effect at the end of the currently paid billing period. Until then, the full range of functions will be retained.
DYour data after termination
Babyphone Timmy only uses anonymous authentication (Firebase Anonymous Auth), where no email addresses or passwords are collected. The UID and technical proof of purchase used are pseudonymous data.
SDP and ICE data are deleted after the connection is established, pairing documents after one hour at the latest and pseudonymous session metadata after 24 hours at the latest. Proof of purchase may take longer for purchase verification, recovery and fraud prevention; Details can be found in the data protection declaration. Payment data is processed exclusively by the respective app store and is not transmitted to us.
